Dickens World Art Mural Project
Dickens World is offering all schools the opportunity to be part of an art mural that will become an integral feature of our admissions area. Schools wishing to participate are invited to encourage their pupils to produce an A3 sized picture from a Charles Dickens novel, or from Dickens world, (the world in which he lived).
Each school may submit one A3 entry which they feel best represents the school, this may be an individual or group effort and selection may be by merit or competition. The chosen entry should then be forwarded to us. Each entry will be acknowledged and incorporated in our art mural. Each A3 entry should have the name of the contributing artist or a collective name for a group of artists, the name and address of the school and a title for the work written on the back of the entry.
Schools that are interested in participating should register via the form below. The closing date for registration is 30th September 2008. From June 2008 if you so chose you may also submit a digital photograph of your art which we will post on our website with the purpose of inviting comments from the public at large. No individual details will be posted of the participants.
