Opening Times and Information

Open Monday to Sunday from 10:00am until 5:30pm. Last admission is at 3:30pm.

Dickens World - The Grand Tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Tours available at 10:00am, 10:30am, 11:00am, 11:30am, 12:00pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm,1:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm.

Tickets are £5.50 per person.

Your tour time MUST be pre-booked by booking online or calling 0844 858 6656. (During office hours 9:00am - 5:00pm).Time slots are limited so please ensure you book in advance.

Available spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note that bookings for Dickens World - The Grand Tour must be booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
